... to be a very popular spot lined with many beaches (and people). We had Alberto's GPS, which he reset to speak in English so a lovely deep voice with a British accent guided us down the coast to a town named Soverato, where we intended to stop for lunch, but it was so busy that parking was impossible and we drove on for a short bit where we finally found somewhere else to eat (Jack's Pizzeria or something like that). We were the only ones there and the ...

Anna Maria directed us and led the way and she also helped barter to get batter prices, although I did ok myself as I got some deals for Rob and I by just naming a lower price. ... of them from my aunts and cousins. They tell me things they remember and speak of my mom and dad with such reverence that it's very humbling. I am truly fortunate. They all want to know about my brother Rob and so very much want to see him again. And of course, about Uncle Leo and how he's doing with his eye issue. They so wish he was here (as do we). I saw Gualtiero Milito on the beach today and we had a lovely chat ...

... Good thing it's downhill all the way. I would have made it in about 20 minutes if I hadn't been stopped by a woman who said she recognized me and who is a relative on my grandmother's side. I didn't quite get how we're related, but her name is Adriana Puccini and she knew my mom. My aunt said she probably thought she had seen me before because of my resemblance to my mom. I've been getting that alot :) Alberto's mom was also at the house and the 2 woman were in the midst ...
