We made a quick lunch stop at McDonald's located in a rest stop area at the border of Belgium and The Netherlands. We grabbed a lemon lime milkshake and a chilli chicken burger. Both were tasty. On day 10 we decided to stay on the barge rather than riding. The weather was heavy rain and cool. After arriving in utrecht there was a short break in the weather so we rode 3 kilometers into Utrecht. ... having gastrointestinal upset at super inconvenient times. Thank God for Pepto bismol. -The native food seems to be cheese. Lots and lots of cheese. Yummmm. -Our hotel was a maze to get through (see the video) and we had the attic room. Was a really cool room but getting Bertha (our large shared suitcase) up to it was an extreme challenge.
