    ... is neither good nor bad, however it is incredibly useful to know. I used to rush around from one thing to the next, or multiple things at once, and now I realize how much that contributed to my state of poor health. I'm perfectly happy to take things slowly.     Phil had booked a rental bike from the local tennis club for the morning, so she headed off for a bike ride around Lake Annecy while I stayed at home with the kids and helped them with their travel scrap books.
