    The Museum is a collection of houses, barns and other buildings (inn, fire station, blacksmiths shop) spread out across a large area.     ... on the price of grain, and an (unqualified) doctor. We also went into the Gazette Museum, which has lots of information about a radical paper which published anti-Nazi propaganda. Sadly it was all in Polish and we had to guess what a lot of it was about.
    The last few days have been wetter and colder. We wore full waterproofs on Monday and needed a mac both yesterday and today. Yesterday our down jackets came out as well, so we are warm ...

    ... right - it's your typical railway station suburb!!! Anyway I decided I would walk and definitely catch a taxi back. But when I walked back at 10 pm it was still slightly light and the atmosphere of the city was great - only because it was the first warm day in ages . Hundreds of young people along the river main - it was fabulous ! Could have got some great shots but wasn't game it would have been rude. Loved ...

    ... of paper and the farmers wife and her husband became quite animated. So the First Lady and the farmers wife marched us across these paddocks through locked gates etc- I started to think - something has gone wrong here - no cemetery in sight. So we get to these trees in the middle of nowhere and sure enough it's a tiny cemetery . When we found our relative's grave we couldn't believe it!!! Really touching ...

    We met a lovely couple over breakfast who told us how Poland had changed and how poor it used to be. Now it has a fabulous infra structure and is quite modern - only in some of the country towns can you see the remainder of some of the poverty. So we are off to discover some of our ancestors roots today. He said that hitler and Stalin made a pact and all the Germans were driven away from Prussia and the German Ukrainian were re settled in Prussia . So it wasn't their home ...
