    Well, today was one of those absolutely perfect "this is my bloody Summer Holiday and I'm going to enjoy it" days! We woke earlyish (ahem 9am!) and I was immediately on a mission to bag 2 sunbeds in the prime spots on the lake front.     ... the typical gelato shops etc, but then turned slightly inland, up some steps and into the old town. Wow! It was lovely. Just old and cobbled with so much atmosphere. I think I’m going to enjoy some of these random small places more than your typical Tuscan tourist traps. We spent a lovely hour just mooching and then sat and had an ice cream in a little local place near the lake.
