    ... more like porridge, not thick at all. Estela tried to add corn starch to see if they would thicken but that didnīt help, it was a lost cause. Everything else came out OK. Estela swears that everything down to the appliances makes the food taste different here than in the US. Maybe she was trying to make us feel better? Regardless Juan ate two pieces of chicken, so that made me happy :) We watched a movie and retreated to bed for another day filled with adventure and surprises!

    ... around 9 am the following day, so it was a relatively early night for us all, with them sleeping in their caravan and us in their house, it seemed rather odd but that was the way they wanted it.

    We were actually up before them the following morning so I made tea and coffee for everyone and we all had breakfast together before they packed up and headed off on their holiday, leaving us and Biggles to get to know one another.

    ... matters worst we didn't arrive until 7am from Valencia. It was so frustrating/disappointing to some I even saw a girl cry.
    The sheds housed anywhere from 2-7 people. The showers/bathrooms were in the center of the "resort" and shared by the entire inhabitants. It goes without saying ...

    Then on to Valencia the next day where we were meeting the flatmates, but our ferry had sold out as we were so late in arriving to book it so we had to take another ferry somewhere else and bus down, which left late, then the bus/boat both took an extra hour so we didn't arrive there until 11pm, and all our flatmates were leaving at 6am so we had a drink with them in town and that was about it! Valencia was really nice ...
