For dinner Estella ordered us a steak on the bone cut in slices, completely raw with only salt to marinate with fried "patatas" or potatoes as we call them. homemade dish in Valencia. We surprised Mindy again with a big lemon
merengue pie with lots of candles. Sandra gave her some chocolates and then
the spanish mom gave her a bracelet, and my parents gave a wonderful card
and a flight home to see me from Spain.
