    So we arrived at the campsite at Imperia with another problem with the Alarm Siren Sounding and the Engine Immobiliser kicking in... We now have 3 problems still to sort out, the Fiat Speedometer, Kitchen Tap and the Alarm..! Claim with Amex being processed for the Water Diesel and the repair from the Fiat Dealer to flush the system and just to keep everything ticking along also contacted AGIP Service Stations HQ...     ... The hunter has to be quick or else the dog will eat the truffle. It was interesting to watch the dogs and hunter at work and we found 3 white truffles which have a strong garlic aroma. To be a truffle hunter you must be licenced by the govt and it takes a number of years to train the dogs. Back at the hunters home we tasted shaved white truffle on cheese.     Tuesday 7 October

    The weather did not cooperate today. The highlight was dinner in a little restaurant in Molini di Triora.

    It was a five course feast of home cooked Italian fare. Two courses of antipasta, then all sorts of pasta, then meat dishes. We were all so full we couldn't fit in dessert.
