... monument in the square of Campo San Maurizio with other weary tourists. We finally made it to our next destination, Accademia. There was a pastel painting there that Nikki fell in love with, they used their first WC (water closet or public bathroom) for $1.50 euros each, and decided to skip the museum until the next day because the lines were too long for their tired feet to stand. The remainder of the day passed in a similar fashion; rushing around train stations ...

... wander the streets aimlessly. However, it all worked out! We got to our train on time and were the only four in our six-person cabin, so we were able to spread out comfortably. Upon arrival at our hostel, we discovered that we were sleeping in the same room as 14 other people. We also discovered that there were people sleeping in our assigned beds. None of us had ever stayed in a hostel before and the four beds we were assigned ...
