... country seemed a lot poorer than Mexico. In Mexico we passed a large number of 5 star resorts that lined the coast, there were motorways and services stations with shops every so often. In Belize the roads were single lanes, some even dirt dusty roads and the shops along the way were just wooden shacks. As time was running out for us to reach the water taxi in Belize City the bus driver and conductor started to drive faster to ...

... fee, we were given a brief overview of the Mayan history by a Mayan gentleman. It was really interesting. I am including pictures of the ruins. In the one picture you will see a pit similar to what we would dig for a fire pit. Archeologists escalated the site and found two bodies in this pit. It is believed the pit was used for human sacrifices. As you look at the front of the ruin, you will see different levels. There are tombs on each level that ...

... send some extras to us. Today we received the package; lots of Truth tracts and Good News brochures which is really going to help keep us topped up.

Another surprise awaited us in the box... some cards and letters from our friends in Ruislip congregation. That was a real treat for us. We're not able to keep in touch with everyone so it was wonderful surprise for us.

We really are missing everyone back in Ruislip and we think of you often ...
