    ... s made of the same dough as icecrem cones, only that they are as big as crÍpes. Inside you will find gouda cheese and whatever else you want - nutella, dulce de leche, chocolate sauce, etc. At first the combination of cheese and something sweet seems strange, but altogether it tastes delicious!

    So, our first introduction to the Caribbean wasn't such a great success, but there is so much yet to come!

    Next time I will probe for some information about how some of Katie's studies are doing. I could say from general things she's told me but it's better to get the details right! I also need to tell you about the ongoing fiasco with my truck :-(

    Oh, and one more thing; we've managed to get our camera repaired. I got it back the other day! So now we can take photos again. Will try and post some next time.

    ... to gut it - which he's wanted to do for a while (see photo!)

    We've been assigned to another group for weekend ministry. Too many kids at the first one you see. Problem is I have no idea yet where the other group meets. Street names and house numbers seem few and far between. In fact, when you write down a call you have to draw a little map as a reference or you won't find the house again! All good fun.
