Woke up to a beautiful view from our window then down for breakfast (photo). Had the best latte so far this trip. We then commenced a browse around the streets of Venice, looking through shops and taking photos. We indulged in a gelato before heading back to collect our bags and catch the ferry to the train station where we caught the train to Milan or Milano. Venezia to Milano by traino 2.5 hours. We traveled ...

We spent a couple of hours there being dragged from section to section by 3 excited kids. Luckily the drive home was much less eventful than the ride there and Luca and Brodie both had a nap. Back in Fiera we all went out for dinner and then to bed after a busy ...

... out", having inspected, admired and paid homage (that'll be 20E thanks) for the privilege of inspecting about 7000 of these establishments over the last couple of years.... So, we decided (wisely) that we'd had enough for the day, and hiked back up into the bowels of the mountain behind Monaco, and caught the train back to Ventimiglia , closest major train-station just across the Italian border near to where we were staying at Vallecrosia del Mare. We then of ...
