La quantites de choses que j'ai apprise, les idees que j'ai acquises et surtout les gens que j'ai connu ont fait de ce voyage un moment inoubliable ! I waited outside the duomo for Marilena as we were going to meet the cousins for dinner It was great fun, but a very late night. Our last day was much quieter. We are tired now, and we were again meeting Bruno and Gianna for dinner again . We had our final gelato. The weather has changed and it was almost too cold to have one. On our way home we decided it was much too early and stopped in at ...

THE ONE WITH VERONIKA - the German

A travel blog entry by joephilpotts on Mar 05, 2014

... who was falling asleep on a table. He clearly loved listening to English language for only an hr.... :| But Alls well that ends well. The best part of this day was VERONIKA, our German contact. She was very humble and very honest about her students and how she felt about working in Italy. She honestly said she would happily go back to Germany in a heartbeat - which in some ways I don't blame her. She made today feel comfortable on our behalf and she ...
