5 of us went for a little wander along the promenade, then found a nice little coffee bar overlooking the lake. Time for my last proper latte before heading home.
My departure is at 8am - a lot earlier than everyone elses, & I'm the only one being picked up at that time.
Well, time to head to bed - got an early start, but it will be nice to see everyone back at home ...

We were late for the coach & the rain was torrential, got drenched running across the car park!
We went back to Lugano, and collected the remaining people who hadn't gone on the cable car trip. On to Lake Maggiore :-) We had a stop at a truck service stop - time for yet more coffee lol.

Day 56: Today we went white water rafter rafting, we all felt (I think) OK after Pappy's wine the night before so were all keen to go on the river, the bus ride was long but the scenery up in the mountains was amazing, we ...

Having dinner tonight in front of the television to watch Napoli in their first game of the season. Serious business in Italy and I expect 'nonna' will be at the front cheering on her team!
