... burning and wobbly. What a crazy workout and we did it in ten minutes. Back in La Fortuna we headed out for dinner and then I convinced the girls to go to karaoke. It was suggested we go to a local bar called The Establishment. We had so much fun between the awesome mojitos, friendly locals, Elizabeth's dance moves and Guns and Roses cover, and of course, Sallie killing I Will Survive and Tina Turner. An amazing ...

And despite the airline (supposedly) requesting early on that our bags be sent to Costa Rica, they weren't sent. They spent all week waiting for us in BR. We went all week with just our carryons. The breakfast that came included with our room consisted of toast, orange juice, watermelon, pineapple, papayas, and strawberries. A very healthy breakfast if I do say so myself. After a great meal, it was straight to the beach for us! We waste no time out here. We went back to Playas del Coco and soaked up sun for about 4 hours (take plenty of sun block!). ...

We had booked zip lining and horse riding the day before so the shuttle picked us up from our hostel at 10am and a short 10 minute drive to the park called Mundo adventure. We got given our equipment for the zip lining, harness, helmet and breaking pad and were given a safety briefing before we entered the rain forest for the canopy tour. They took us in truck which was pulled by a tractor to the entrance of the forest, as you ...

... one of the owners birthdays today and they had a private area in the bar, there wasn't anything special going on but they just had this private area anyway. We all ended up in there dancing and they were trying to get everyone to do a little dance in the middle of the circle. I didn't particularly want to do it, my dancing is not exactly wonderful but I decided to teach all of the locals and foreigners a classic English dance move, the slut drop. Good ole Geordie ...
