Lagos was incredible, we tried very hard to extend our time there by a day as the weather was turning much better however had already booked the bus to Seville so instead decided to just go with what we had. It was an amazing place and definitely better with the sun shining. Probably the most stunning beaches that I have swam at, just a stunning place. I will probably post something tomorrow evening about the 2 days in Seville to make the most of the short time we have here.

... it appeared that the whole population of Loule was involved one way or another!

The floats all had political or historical significance, which we've been piecing together ever since.....for example, red carnations in gun muzzles relate to an historical "battle" where few lives were lost. Paul was impressed by the float of dancers, barely clad, with the lead dancer wearing little more than body paint, and not bashful ...

    Rain, rain, rain!

A day of rain and high winds. I do not even venture out!
Kathleen being a good Catholic, walks to church in the rain.

The rain has stopped, the sun is out. We decide to ride out on the scooter, perhaps as far as Fusceta, and visit Gordon and Kath (if they have ...
