Checked out of our paris home and had a casual journey to gare de Lyon - till I realised the train went at 10.07 not 10.30! Luckily we just made the train! Our first class seats were spacious though not all together and no table. Rich played loads of cards while I got up to date with this. Easy journey to our ...

    ... town.

The route jiggles about a little, but, basically, is not difficult to find, if you remember you just have to keep heading down hill.

This is much shorter, prettier, and quieter, than the route I took this morning, which simply followed the main road into town.
