    ... arrives and we are on our way back to the hostel and fairly hungry, so head back to town on the 1600 shuttle to get a snack with a Mexican night apparently on tonight at Casa. We find a nice little store called Bad Ass Eats which was run by a very friendly couple from Georgia and so naturally Leesh is striking up conversation while they quickly put together our beef and fish gyros.     ... surrounded by ferns, which soon became so steep it was pretty much rock climbing. But when we reached the summit we weren't disappointed, a great view of the whole valley. When active this must have had a pretty big crater for lava to flow! We turned back into the forest before starting the long decent.     ... quite full from breakfast, lunch was a Mango Smoothie. How they were made and what with, still remains a bit of a mystery but two huge bowls of mango coloured smoothies thick enough to stand a spoon in were placed in front of us. They were absolutely amazing - thick enough to eat with a spoon, cold enough to refresh but warm enough to avoid 'brain freeze' and deliciously fresh and tasty.
