However as my Mum & Kassim were traveling from the Sth & we were coming from the Nth our timings got mixed up and our villa owner ended up waiting in the gondola carpark for nearly 4hrs for us!! Our lunch was quite good.

Arrived at Villa Britania 10 am for cooking class. Such a wonderful experience with a 5 star chef. Luisa, the villa owner was charming and 2 others joined the class. Alec and Jasmin from London. What a fun day...world class food with fresh, fine ingredients. We prepared, cooked, ate until 4 pm! Luisa will be sharing the recipes but I won't find all the fresh food. No doubt ...
