Aujourd'hui ce termine mon aventure en Italie! Mais quelle aventure de reve! La quantites de choses que j'ai apprise, les idees que j'ai acquises et surtout les gens que j'ai connu ont fait de ce voyage un moment inoubliable ! Was good to be walking yesterday - it's a nice change from sitting at a desk all day and my feet haven't suffered. Yay to good walking shoes! Caught up with Mike and Liz last night. They went straight from plane to train, to hotel, to happy hour! Happy hour, a nice discovery at a bakery-bar around the corner from us. Bakery-bar, a workable ...

... certified as organic in Italy. We couldn't get over the types of grains that they grow! From flaxseed to oats and all types of beans. They had homemade spaghetti sauces, jams, and soups. The ingredients on the spaghetti sauce was: pomodoro, basilica, salt. That's it. We purchased dried noodles, spaghetti and a few other items. We planned to make supper using our "farm" ingredients. We drove about 2 miles to the San Giovanni Terme spa. The area has a few spas based ...
