    ... recent GPS fun to Allen and so we decided to go back up the narrow cobblestone street. We were 100 metres up the street and we discovered it was not the one we had both successfully mastered earlier in the week...it was narrower. As driver I made the easy decision to continue.     ... well, I am trying to move on. At a minimum I will say that the train through the alps was beautiful. And Laussane sits in a lake right at the foot of the alps. May be worth a stop someday. Off to cinque terre tomorrow after a morning in Milan. It was 90 degrees here today, kind of a shock after cold London and cool paris. Going to rain for 4-5 days...
