One of the best parts of winery visits here is that they do not charge for tastings. So tomorrow we have signed up for a full day in the Barossa Valley. The drive took just over 8 hours and absolutely flew! We left at 6.17am after taking the last of the curtains down in preparation for the painters and throwing a few things in a bag. I had been up since 1.30am to receive a text that the jetsetters had touched down in LA and after getting my reply (somewhat surprised that I was up), they called for a chat, ridiculously excited (or maybe that was deliriously tired??). ...
