... look very different from everyone else (WE FEEL LIKE OUTSIDERS!). In Lanciano there is a lot of break times in the week. There is Siesta, no this is not a party but a time for sleeping, drinking, eating and being with your family. This is everyday from 2-4 pm but sometimes 1-4 pm on monday. One extreme to another!
... are taking the car back and then taking the bus into Rome. We are going to visit the Trevi Fountain and go thru the Colosseum again. It was so great the first tme. We heard that they have opened up some more of it to see.
We leave Italy on Friday morning, fly to Munich, then to London and then on to San Francisco. We should be home on Saturday. Hooray!!

These shops opened in early February and consist of a coffee shop (YES!), a butcher, a produce shop and a shop for freshly made pasta and baked goods.
