Today we are just cruising at sea, travelling from Colon, Panama to Miami via the West Indies and Bahamas. Quite time on the ship as I have a little diaharea, which has been going through the ship. Not too bad, but at Johnny's insistence went to the medical centre and was immediately confined to the cabin for 24 hours. Not so bad, as I feel ok but have been able to catch up on travel diary.

... finished having worked on it almost from scratch. On Thursday I went to Treasure Beach with Fabian and Loic. There were some really good waves so we hired a bodyboard which we shared for a bit. We had lunch at a restaurant on the beach and then went snorkelling and back in the waves.
