        We knew there wasn't many hotels in the area only beach resorts and after some small discussion booked into Marriott Beach resort V expensive but very nice. Nice!!! it was amazing we should stay longer.

        Bottom line: The health care in these third-world cities should NOT be discounted. They're simply cutting cost on the things we (Americans) find be to basic.
