      I set the alarm this morning as I didn’t want to miss the view as the ship passed the first of the Greek Islands. It was a little disappointing as we were close enough to see that they were islands, but too far away for anything else of value.

      ... was every bit as spectacular as I had been lead to believe. Despite being off season there were still hundreds gathered at the Ventian Castle on the towns tip to watch the sunset, As the sun dipped behind the horizon the crowd burst into applause and then within what seemed to be minutes vanished. It seemed such a shame they left so quickly as the village itself had so much to offer and they also missed out on an amazing full moon.

      ... offer up the free champagne to try and get people there. Not a bad ploy either, maybe after a few champagnes people are more likely to sign themselves up!
