Day 69 - Venice
... so after our usual hotel breakfast of bread, cheese & ham we caught the bus back into the historical centre.

Even when Mike & I started to feel that we had probably walked enough for one day, the girls insisted that they just wanted to "walk randomly" some more, attracted by all the shops. Lost in Venice
... job'!!!! Found a lovely little courtyard for lunch. I ate gnocchi. Oh, and beer! Then tried to make our way back to the the direction where the bus leaves from, but got a bit lost. Nevermind. They say EVERYONE gets lost in Venice, so now we have!!!! Got some more great photos along the way, so wasn't a waste of time, although very hot!!! Took the bus back to the airport then changed buses, but got on the wrong bus, just heading in the wrong direction, so ended up ...

What a suite it was.. from the Five stars in the
marble entry step to the jacuzzi bath, the fresco ceilings, nothing was spared..
the decor was rich and regal.. fit for us two Princesses...
Don't mind errors like that happening!! ( Cost for
