... however they really don't do Bern any justice. We were wishing we had of stayed here overnight rather than Zurich... Lunch time stop is at the picturesque town of Montreux. Yes another 'jaw droppingly' stunning place. I think I will be using that description quite a bit during this tour! Montreux is situated on the shores of Lake Genève and wow! Photos are attached and these are only on the shoreline as we only had an hour and a half. ...

... to Thuner See rang true. At the top of a hill the landscape opened out before me and down towards flat lands. Moments later, after a sharp right turn, I realised I was accelerating down the hill on the wrong side of the road! Thankfully there was no traffic either way, and back on the right side of the road the 3km downhill to Wattenwil passed in flash.

Racing along the flat lands after I turned off onto a different cycle route ...

... like..ham, pineapple, onion etc.. then put it in the machine/grill and wait for it all to melt them once its done you put it on your chopped up potato. Was really really good!! You can see why its a winter dish, got so hot sittiing around it after awhile (would be amazing for camping) and I even burnt my arm on it so i'll never forget it haha. We had a few nice white wines with dinner and enjoyed the company :)

... Harder Rail Car which took us 4337 feet ( 1322 meters ) up the mountain. Simply spectacular and the views were to die for. The big deal here is the Alp Jungfrau which appears everywhere you go but from the top of Harder Kulm where we went it was a awesome view. This Alp is 13642 feet ( 4158 meters ) high with a lot of snow still on the top. Such a good view and so special to see. We realy are very blessed to be able to experience such beauty. As soon as you get to the top ...
