    ... not an easy task but we are getting pretty savvy and parking a bit like italians,in the minute-est of spaces ) ...... We discover that Nonna had decided to take the day off and had taped a little notice on the door !!!!!!! Damn you Nonna .....
    So, we end up with a panini and espresso, disappointed , but there was an interesting Lavazzo coffee poster in the cafe ..... And VERY good coffee.

    ... We did not buy our tickets before hand. You can always buy at ticket once you are on the train. We did that on our train to Bologna and ended paying more. Once we got to Bologna we tried to get tickets to Florence but all the trains where sold out. We were not sure what todo. We didn't want to spend the day in Bologna as we had already been there.     ... br> I am a bit puzzled as to why there is sand on this side of the Adriatic and rock on the other. My guess is that it is the current that dumps the sand on this side. Is worth a Google to find out. The sand here is heavy in clay, not as clean as our sand on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.
