... rundown of what we did and where we were:

  • Jessie and I rented a car and drove on the wrong side of the road for four days and didn’t die.

  • Jessie and I went out in London with Jack Ryan and didn't die
  • Jessie and I drove to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park in Scotland and it rained the entire time and it was absolutely beautiful.

... Right next to the central station was Tivoli, the second oldest theme park in the world. We decided to stroll through. It was filled with beautiful buildings and parks. Apparently Walt Disney visited it, which inspired him to build Disneyland. Tivoli was filled with restaurants and rides. We didn't go on any rides but walking around was enough. Free walking tour plus canal look

After a nice breakfast courtesy of the hotel, we met up with a free walking tour for a great 3 hour look around the main parts of the city. We did a similar one in Stockholm and the guides work hard so they get their tip rate up, so win win for all!

We saw colourful palaces, old streets and buildings dating back to the 1700's, stories of wars, royalty ...
