They say the best lamb in the world is from Spain. Specifically the plains north of Madrid in Castilla-Leon. Some people say the very best is found in the small town of Sepulveda, which seems to have as many roasting houses as people. The most famous of these is Figon Zute el Mayor, also known as "Tinin".
