... the opportunity! We traded off rowing, which was hard at first but easy to get the hang off. We rowed through beautiful trees, lily pads and duck families. No one was around us. The sun was out and it turned out to be a perfect day! After an hour and half row boating, we dock and get moving back to our hotel. ... a neighbourhood in the medieval centre of the city and the only part of it that has preserved a medieval character. It was very narrow and the architecture was beautiful. After that we decided we wanted to go back to the hotel and take a nap before we go out. Almost back and we hear live music and more commotion. We stumble upon the last day of Bremen Bierfest! ... to top floor apartment in a very old house (penthouse, baby!) and it's super cute. No cell signals and lots of problems getting the wifi to work. ... our first flight yesterday, hunger won out. Turns out, it was really good and the waitresses were really nice and let us practice our German on them. ... walked to the very end expecting first class, and turned around and ran the other way. We hopped on a car or two and still realized we didn't know what car to get on. Our tickets didn't help in that regard. The train pursers were nowhere to be seen except one smoking and talking on his cell phone hiding around the corner.
