A bit like my trousers getting left behind in Sri Lanka....I mean don't worry, it's OK, I have some hot sweaty leather shoes that I can wear to walk round Amsterdam! Steph; (silence and a bit more silence followed by some apologies and still wondering how on earth such a thing could happen?) So this is why we stop at a sports shop and purchase some very nice but slightly overpriced ...

... turning round as he said there was no way his scooter would make it up the hill with two of them on. While we were talking another Car and Caravan came into the rest area with both Caravan Wheels absolutely pouring smoke!! They looked really worried and started making phone calls, I was very glad it hadn't been us. We made it safely down to Innsbruck and then immediately back up again heading for the Brenner Pass and Italy. Back on ...
