    Good basic hotel small but adequate bathroom, very close to the station, which has a number of restaurants

    We had an earliesh breakfast at about 6.45am. We didn't have to be at the station till about 8.30am but Owen said to be there 15 minutes earlier. Anyway, we checked out of this very nice Sheraton Hotel and got to the station by 7.45am. There were a few from the tour already there.

    while about 200 years ago the Satsuma Clan jung students embarked on a Journey to Great Britain for them it was an Eye opener which transformed Japan to the Western Civilizations. However today that spirit is somewhat missing mainly in the Language speaking department. The Museum while nice and well presented is lacking basics. The Audio Guided Tour did not work.... No Wifi in the Museum otherwise google would have provided that Service....no English speaking Tour ...

CAVOC day and you cannot Fly because the Permit is not ready but then at Time when the permit is valid in the worst of Conditions you need to take to the sky when common sense would mandate to delay the Flight if you don't want to risk another 10 Day delay..... absurd really and this from People which are in charge of Aviation Safety...... just a bunch of *%#\*¥ END OF ...
