When I finally found it I was instructed prior to my arrival that since I would be late check in to go to the mailbox stick my fingers in the box and retrieve my key.     ... arrival and departure boards are in both Japanese and English and sometimes just Japanese. I have to figure out the fare to where I want to go and get the ticket from a machine. It's a little overwhelming at this point with just arriving in the country so late at night, after a long journey. Trying to figure how many yen I need to pay the machine to go where I need to go takes some effort.
