Hello from Uppsala, Sweden!
As in, the second to last stop on our tour! We are here until Tuesday morning, take a ferry to Finland until Saturday morning, and return to Uppsala on Saturday night. We are here until December 17th.

... like the sun never went down, but I didn't really understand. Now I do. The sun rises at about 4:00am officially but the sky starts to get bright around 2:00 and at night the sun sets around 10:30, but the sky is never pitch black! It is the craziest thing!! It always feels like so much can be done in a day with this much sunlight!
A few key events from the past month! We had a 'Hej Då" party, which translates ...

Uppsala, Sweden kandjbird... stab me but was just so incredibly drunk that he couldn't actually do it. It certainly was a bit of a wakeup call after being in Sweden for so long. Anyway, Jeff soon came back to tell us the story of his unfulfilling adventures and we all went to sleep, until about 8 in the morning when Jay's Swedish girl (who had been passed out on his bed all this time) woke up. Not knowing where she was, she completely flipped out. Jay was telling her "It's not as bad as it seems", but ...
Uppsala, Sweden benjcox... to bible school in my church, and God spoke to me about Israel, that it was time to go. I was quite surprised, since my thoughts were headed towards missions work in Tadjikistan or China. But of course I said yes right away. As an example, most people don't realise that the Normans - those guys from the province of a similar name in France that ended up conquering Britain, Western Europe and large parts of Italy in the 11th and 12th centuries AD - were originally largely Swedish in origin. Hence the large ...
