... too long before we return. Might be all the great healthy food we were eating too. We are also more inspired then ever to do some woofing as the weather warms up. The time flew by so quickly and it was already Friday afternoon before we knew it and time to pack our things ready to leave early Saturday morning. We had a really nice evening. Klara put on a funny concert for us on the keyboard which consisted of turning the setting to the car horn ...

This was a visiting day: we saw some of Monika's relatives. Later in the afternoon we drove about 125 miles to her home town of Chocen to stay with her parents until Sunday. The weather keeps getting hotter and the forecast is hotter still!

... took around 30 minutes, but given the kids had stayed in the garden with their friends and were splashing in the paddling pool, it was an adults only trip which meant we could all fit on the golf buggy. At 40 zł, not cheap, but it saved our legs for the hike through the cave and the walk back down. The cave is very impressive and the walk takes around an hour. There are several open areas where age old stalactites have formed on the ceiling and ...

Another gentle hike today and some more waterfalls, this time the falls at Międzygòrze. We also visited these last year, but were short on time and did not spend more than an hour here. At 27m high, it is one of the tallest in Poland. Accessible via a steep rocky walkway that curves high around the basin of the pool, a large stream feeds the outlet and sunny glades are visible through the low hanging ...
