Oktoberfest in Bavaria
... the hours drive back to Memmingen. Once back I dropped the car back off at th airport and Daniel again came to pick me up. He had a family thing on so I spent the night blogging and watching movies while I cooked myself some bavarian ravioli type things which were delicious. It was a nice relaxing evening after which I headed to bed.

Sunny Days...in England!
... Who needs Europe? We have a wonderful time and travel back to Manchester to stay with Ross and Emma (Matthew's other sister) on the Monday in order to fly back to Memmingen on Tuesday morning. We're trying not to think about it.

Next morning we had the best breakfast on the entire trip. Lovely bread and cheese and freshly squeezed orange juice. I know because they had a huge pile of oranges and you squeezed them yourself.
From now on it was the romantic road we would follow.

After we walked through border control we came across this area set up for Olympic athletes. Actually, this was the place where all the athletes had to register and get their name badges and stuff. Well, this doesn't happen every day so of course Amy and I started ...
We Make A Party
Hey everyone! More fun stories from Germany to continue with. On to day 2! We woke up and were treated to a traditional German breakfast of white sausge, all kinds of breads and jams and boiled eggs. All the food was delcious as usual. Especially the homemade jam. I think I ate my weight in jam this weekend. It's also interesting that they leave the shells of the boiled eggs on and you have to peel around them to eat your boiled egg. I thought I hated boiled eggs and I would have to put on ...
