It was really interesting and I would love to do a chocolate course to learn more.Next Merinda and I did a bit of shopping for chocolates and then headed back for a restful afternoon evening. Cam the arrived that evening to join us for the next week. The second site was the "Essex Farm Cemetery". This is where the Canadian John McCrae wrote "In Flanders Fields" while he was stationed here as a doctor.
