... clutch. Kev couldn't raise a smile from Mr misery on his right, the lights changed and the Hearse driver left us for dead!!!!!!!!!!!
One more chance to ignore Doris, a quick u-turn across six lanes of traffic and two tram lines and we were back on course for the hotel.
Finally arriving at the front of the hotel doors after covering 1040 miles in the ever surprising pooper. We emerged with no aches and pains (caused by the pooper).
Bring on the return.............!
Turin, Piedmont, Italy minipooper... little accident in Annecy during lunch, we enjoyed a thunder storm and the european fashion taste of white trousers!
A quick check of the Map and we were ready to go.
Rich back back at the helm, after managing to ease Kev out of the driving seat, Departing Annecy heading for Chamonix, dissapointed we didnt see the promised beaver, fighting our way through the local traffic - it was total gridlock (said with a Jamaican ...
Turin, Piedmont, Italy minipooper... trying to stay on course. I think I ended up peeing on the door of a museum, because it was out of the way of anyone or anything.

I will spare you the details for most of this night, but we had nowhere to sleep at all and the train station had closed so me and ross sat on one of the major canals for about 4 hours until the sun rose, deliriously trying to keep ourselves awake. The weird salami, curry sandwiches we expertly put together gave me a little energy ...
Torino Province, Piedmont, Italy bburg8687... went to the river once. The night before I left we went to Torino and had a very strong time there. Andrea cut my hair after not having done it since departing for Australia, it was a big thing for him and for me.

When I parted ways with the guys it was an emotional time, we had formed something of a brotherhood over the short time and then having to leave was very difficult. I hope to see them all again one day. My brothers from Ivrea!
Ivrea, Piedmont, Italy b.a.manzella... and broken Italian and lack of knowledge of the area.

What puzzles me is their Americanization. Why do they wear clothes from Hollister, Abercrombie, American Eagle? Why do they wear pre-worn baggy jeans? Why do they chug coca-cola, use dirty English slang, obsess over obscure American actors and fill their radio station songlists with contemporary American rock, pop and rap? They have so much to be proud of. I realize we have only been ...
Turin, Piedmont, Italy jeastty... for a while, I was to hear later that day. Anyway, while it was beautiful in its way, all I could think about was the long walk I would have to take later that morning, home from our butcher, with a turkey of undetermined size in my arms... After I brought the boys to school and made sure the painters would take care of the kitchen before I began cooking in earnest, I sent a text message to my American friend Aubrey to request her company to fetch my bird. I peeled ...
Turin, Piedmont, Italy silverknot... a tower that can be seen from many areas of the city. Now it houses a national cinema museum, but you can take an elevator to the observation desk for about 5 Euro. We decided not to do this, but took some pictures with the tower instead. After La Mole we decided to take one more look at the chocolate festival in order to buy some meltable mementos. I picked up a chocolate made with curry spice, which was an interesting, bitter and slightly spicy combination, as well as ...
Turin, Italy kenbeyerlein... castle. Ricca's ground mom was very nice to us. We had coffee and chocolate. We looked at pictures and had a small tour of the caste. It's quite impressive. The rooms are very well-decorated. About 6pm we went to San Secondo to shop. Ricca lost his cell phone and left us. Mom bought a bag in Benetton. They wanted to use the toilet ...
Asti, Piedmont, Italy astre... with the icecream.
In the afternoon we kept walking through different places and taking pictures,
and then we went to Palazzo Reale, a 17th century palace which is the former
Savoy royal residence. Lots of gold in there.. but I was depressed in
there. I wasn't interested at all and I got nothing out of the superb long
and boring Italian ...
Turin, Piedmont, Italy astre... wine, i have never had a sparkling red wine before. The name of the wine?......It was C-A-R-I. Absolutely rediculous. He gave me a bottle to take home, but I can't fit a whole bottle of wine in my bag safely. I am going to try and find it in the states though. It was good, and the label was better. Love you Cari! Then we left there and went to the Medals Ceremony. People were trying to sneak their way in all over the place, and Adam and I just simply walked up like we were ...
