... got in about ten hours sleep off and on, wi minimal annoyance from crying babies on this flight, thank god! Arriving in Barcelona was very exciting. We waited a while for our bags to come off the carousel, and found a cab easily into town. Only twenty euros! Bargain. Our hotel is beautiful. I am writing this sitting on the balcony of our first floor room, glass of Rioja in hand watching he traffic and people go by. Hotel Market is ...

Now when you order a drink it's not like Australia where they pour the shot and then pour that in to the glass, no no no. You order a tequila sunrise like I did and 3/4 of the glass is tequila and the orange juice just becomes a garnish. In saying that you ...

... sure why that is so hard, but we have no problems. Sitting in La Sagrada Familia being astonished by the vision of Antonio Gaudi. Words can't describe the magnificence of this space. The light is captured deliberately by the design of the building and distributed throughout the interior. There are galleries for singers that hold 1000 people strategically placed to maximize the acoustics. The stained glass windows are works of art all by themselves ...
