    ... prices for winter storage inside or outside in or out of the water. There is also a painter here so we will get a quote as anyone who has been on board will know the last paint job has not been good.

    We were told by the painter when they came on board that they would quote point for what we have asked as we have a feeling they will be very expensive! We will then have a better idea of what we can do.

    ... Team Maui (Kevin and Laura)! We all took the short ferry ride together but we stopped for ice cream. The rest of the "teams" continued on or perhaps stayed in the town to eat a bit down the way.

    Once we got to Vlissingen, it was very difficult to find the hotel. Once we got to the train station, we thought it was a short ride over but we quickly realized that we had to cross over another canal with locks (which were opening and we had to wait for) ...

    ... and saw the canals and old buildings till we discovered we were walking in the wrong direction and headed into the centre. After what felt like days to us we finally arrived into the centre of the Main Square of Brugge, and talk about Big and crowded we were nearly run over by a car and then a bike and to add insult to injury nearly pooped on by a horse and carriage as it went whistling past, they don't honk neigh or let you know they are coming they rely on you to get out ...

    ... the event know as the Braderie de Lille. It's a huge mess, an giant street market with everything and anything on the curb, and hundreds of thousands of attendees. Part of the city is off limits for a long weekend and the cost of hostels is multiplied by four.

    Clearly it wasn't the right time for me to enjoy it, so rather than being frustrated for 4 days I decided to go get some fresh air where things would be a bit quieter. ...
