A sumptuous breakfast buffet at the hotel, then a brisk walk to the Haarlem Central station to catch a train into Amsterdam. The train was clean, quiet, and quick. We saw our first modern windmills, tall white wind turbines just as we have seen in Washington, Nebraska, and Iowa. We saw farms with fields and pastures with sheep, cows or horses. Up at 6:30 am for the flight down and across to Amsterdam. Nothing to report on here really, arrived Amsterdam, got our rental which is a Mercedes, has so many gadgets it should drive its self!!! ... was a sign for the Hard Rock Café. So we asked the security guard about it and were on our way. It turned out to be in this square with a casino and a stage with a singer and huge crowd.
