Positively depressed for our bank balances, we escaped the tourist draws and found ourselves in one of Prague’s central residential districts. We enjoyed a very reasonably priced beer with a couple of Czech locals and their beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog who also happened to be called Suzy and who quite happily lay at my feet while we sat and chatted about life in Prague.

The Czech Republic can be summed up by VERY cheap beer.

On Tuesday we did a brewery tour at the original Budweiser, now called Budweiser Budvar as the lawsuits continue between the two breweries.
