From beer to bridges
... from the bus and also go back into the city centre as I saw it was quite walkable. The statue is just small. It is called the emigrant and represents the 3 million people who left through the Port of Antwerp in the 19th century, mostly heading for US or Canada. Afspraak om 10 uur in RAAC
... het slechte weer niet doorgaan, ondanks dat in Deurne de zon scheen.
De meeste mensen die op de afspraak waren vonden het echter veel te mooi om zomaar aan de grond te blijven en gingen op zoek naar een alternatief … Dat werd dan Keiheuvel in Balen.
Ik mocht meevliegen met Marc en Marc en het vliegtuig was een Piper Warrior III.

Walk a Mile in My Shoes
... responding to e-mails and squeezing some work in there too. I also enjoy walking arounf the Mier, which is the shopping street. There is more shopping (obviously) than just that, but thet is the more known area.
We do quite a few group dinners which I really enjoy because I love cooking. We all try to collaborate and come up with something good and that has at least some nutrients. Its better than just make the easy pasta.
