    ... I'm so grateful for that! There were helpful little signs all over the hostel as well. Things like " 1 paper towel = 2 dry hands. Yeah!". I thought that was cute. The sign warning us to beware of mosquitoes was not so cute though. While Karen and Carmen researched a dinner place for us, Van and I went to the chill out room to play foosball.     A quieter day today to try and have a rest after the frantic pace of London and Paris. Started this Saturday morning with a stroll down to the local produce and craft market.     ... We then proceeded down the mountain, much easier than going up and a lot less scary...Making our way back in to Lucerne, we popped into Pickwick pub one of Beaver's old haunts. Behind the bar was José who remembered Beaver but also Foxy! Unbelievable, especially after 13 years! He even asked where he was, so we told him he was now in Australia and much happier.     ... found on the Zyt tower chiming one minute before all of the other clocks in Lucerne. It was built in 1535; the pendulum is 9 meters long! It was hard work climbing those stairs especially with short legs like mine! Coming down also not for the faint hearted! However the views from the top are breathtaking and I'm very pleased I did it.
