... wanted to go to the same place.

The Restaurant Grund has an outdoor part for their restaurant. With the cold and rain, we just were not going to eat outside. We each got a rosti dish that was excellent. They love their Rugenbrau. Every time we go to order a beer, it comes highly recommended. This place was well worth the stop.

We went back to the hotel for a well-deserved nap. We went out on the town for dinner and a drink ...

... rain. More hours of driving and we arrive at canyon no.2. It's raining, the heaviest rain apparently and that one is also canceled. Dang.
We get back to interlaken in the afternoon and I have just enough time to run to my hostel and back to the train station. I'm running down the road, jump onto the sidewalk, back onto the road, X-tream!!!!!!
Interlaken, a nice town, 1.5 days of not really anything. I should be more organised.

... I say there are nude women all over the world, but few images of nude men so maybe THAT is a sign of advanced culture. We do see some images of nude men in Switzerland :)

I also note today the Swiss half-step, as I trip up the stairs and down the stairs, trip out of my train seat, trip into the WC.

We walked through the old town and greatly appreciate the modern and the old living side by side. There is a music festival ...
