      ... been on the go about 3 hours now and am in desperate need of a nice cup of coffee. As it is the Swiss are not known much for coffee shops but every town I passed through just seemed dead and locked up for winter. Finally I turned off the beaten track and into a little railway town called "Bever" and sure enough here I found a lovely little coffee shop with conservatory etc.

      ... for a vino and birra and will have our soup and cold cuts tonight. What a great day. 2.11.14 Got up to another gorgeous and sunny day. Had breakfast and paid for our accomodation early, Vittorio showed me the old kitchen downstairs with the Pizza/Bread oven built in 1812 and still looks great.
