Since Rino is very passionate about food he has a on staff chef and incredible little kitchen adjacent to his office and conference room. We dined there and toured the plant and source of the springs ...

Surprisingly here though there is a complete lack of greenery - they have done a fantastic job of turning every available ounce of dirt into stone! Trying to get back to your lodgings you find what a maze Venice is, however the island is small and the people helpful, note a few icons and you are all good.
