    Beach bum life! Today we spent the entire day on the beach. We rented lounge chairs and umbrellas and relaxed. It was a refreshing day. Jayden, the youngest of the group, went crazy between the beach and pool. It was hard to pull him away to get ready for dinner. It was also Michelle's birthday!     ... seen. Too rough for a weakling like me to swim so we found a square metre of sand to watch the World go by. After that it’s back to campsite site and psyche up for a trip downtown later. A few bars in Torremolinos with the usual pests going from bar to bar trying to sell stuff, then there were the usual opportunists watching outside tables to nab tips or begging generally.     Hola, I am now in Torre del Mar still on the Mediterranean. This is a larger very Spanish town that really doesn't have much to offer in the way of charm. It has the great ocean side walkway but beyond that it looks like any old "charming" buildings were replaced by blocky apartment buildings.     ... a bit different from the usual Wycombe Rye Lido laps. Having said that we are both now very excited about the imminent summer season opening of the pool in the village.


    I’m not sure why a village this size needs it’s own swimming pool but we’re happy to take advantage of it and hopefully this will open up next week. Adios!
