... was a time when all the words just sounded like one big jumbled mess and i couldnt distinguish anything. Also one other thing to note is the Andulucian accent can be difficult sometimes as they tend not to pronounce the S at the end of words (una, do, tre etc..) I have now enquired about starting Spanish lessons in which are 4 hours a day 5 days a week and i think i will do a 16 week program possibly 20 if i have the money. Marbella sits at the bottom of some mountains, and is set in a huge bay about 10 km long , on clear days you can see Gibraltar and Africa. Its is most picturesque too look at, and we admired the view more than once from beach restaraunts, where they grill the fresh fish out in the open on giant barbeques most days.

out again this time to Gandia Spain, a small city right on the Mediterranean
Sea. Stayed there for three nights in a very comfortable hotel with great off
season rates. Beautiful beach, but the area was almost deserted with most of
the restaurants closed. Finally on Sunday the 11th we were off to Comares and

... It's quiet here and fairly private but has a very weak wi-fi signal being so far from the office. However I think we'll be very comfortable here for a day or two. We'll just have to go for a walk to the other end of the site whenever we want to get a news update!
