... tourist...so we jumped onto a few metro trains and ended up in a suburban mall...it is amazing...after half an hour you forget you are in Vienna Austria....and start thinking you are in Marion Adelaide.....but it was interesting. We are heading for Salzburg, in the Austrian Alps, soon....we are going to a small place on a lake outside of Salzburg called Zell Am See to "chill out" for a while....no pun intended but I hope we see more snow....I love snow. The train we were on from Ljubljana to Prague was a pretty long one with only one transfer, but as the smell of gasoline wafted into the cars...we were informed that the train was having technical difficulties, so we had to sit for about 30 - 40 minutes to wait until everything was repaired. Hopping over puddles in cobblestone streets
... we discovered a very cool city, with amazing old buildings, cobblestone streets, and character galore! The buildings were the highlight though...even dodgy looking bargain stores and fast food restaurants were housed in these magnificent old buildings. I kinda got a sore neck from looking up so much.
