- The country of Liechtenstein is so small that in 2007, Swiss troops accidentally invaded it after getting lost in a rainstorm.
- Our place has a fallout shelter (below), and if you don't have one they charge you a penalty tax. The country has enough of these shelters to accommodate 8.7 million people.

That's enough exercise for our brains today.

... huge drops and slippery. On the positive side I saw some of the most amazing sights, mountains reaching to the sky and smooth bowling green manicured countryside. The Swiss, I believe, mow everything that they can get their hands on. There is also a cold snap here and the mountains are covered in beautiful unseasonal snow.

Day 3 of the Rally. Today we leave Germany and arrive in Switzerland. We are staying at the Intercontinental Hotel Davos which only opened in December. Our route took us through roads that we could not go on due to major road works so we went on a few back roads. We had lunch at Rapperswill, Switzerland overlooking Lake Konstanz. ... peaks, Gotschnagrat and Gatschiefespitz, as well as the valley below and the surrounding chalets. We arrived yesterday, had lunch at Fellini (I had fish from the lake) and then went for a swim at the Badi. I am having a wonderful time with the grandchildren and learned to play a new 'speedier' version of Monopoly, called Monopoly Empire.
