... decorated.
Dinner tonight is in their French restaurant. We are welcomed by an English speaking waiter from Sri Lanka. Knowing he would have English speaking guests, he had kindly translated tonight's menu into English and printed it out for us. The food is surprisingly delicious and beautifully plated, you don't quite expect a French chef in a family type resort in Kusatsu. ... Macaque monkeys. They are everywhere, must be 100 or more from little babies to adults. The adults are about 3 foot tall. They are busy foraging in the snow for food. We are almost invisible to the monkeys, as they are not bothered at all by people. You can get up very close to them and they will even come and sit next to you.
Only a few decide to go and sit in the hot water, as the outside temperature is quite warm. It is so ...

... of the slope and sat back completely horizontal and started picking up speed, came through the slow down flat section at about Mach 3 hit the steep snow slope at the stop zone, went up it like a ski jump and over it and ended up in some plastic signage on the other side. He screamed a bit because he was caught up and couldn’t get out but was OK. Sinead lost about 5 years from her life and managed to untangle him. That ...
